1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
A Customer who is a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with consumer rights is entitled to withdraw from a distance Sales Agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which the Customer, or a third party other than the carrier designated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the Goods.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

be in the same condition as received

clean, unworn, and undamaged

original tags still attached
-
in the original packaging
-
accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. receipt) — sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering
How to Submit a Withdrawal Statement
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us of your decision via an unambiguous statement:

using the electronic withdrawal function in the Store under “Withdraw from contract here”
After entering the required order identification details, you will be asked to confirm your decision by clicking “Confirm withdrawal”. The Seller will promptly send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal statement.

Please return the item promptly, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal.
2. RETURN COSTS
When returning by shipment, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the Goods (shipping costs).
You are only liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Goods.
✓ FREE returns are available when dropping off items in person at our physical store location.

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can assess the issue and make it right.
4. EXCEPTIONS — NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concerning:

services fully performed with the Consumer’s prior express consent, where the Consumer was informed before the service began that the right of withdrawal would be lost upon full performance
-
goods that are not prefabricated and that are made to the Consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised
-
goods that deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life
-
goods supplied in sealed packaging that cannot be returned once opened for health protection or hygiene reasons — if the packaging has been opened after delivery
⚠ IMPORTANT: All product categories within ROAR WORLD — except woven fabrics and accessories (headwear, bags) — fall under the “lingerie” category (including homewear sets, swimwear, and bodysuits) and are NON-RETURNABLE for HYGIENE and HEALTH PROTECTION reasons, unless the sealed packaging has not been opened and the hygiene seal remains intact.

5. EXCHANGES
You have the right to exchange a non-defective item for a similar one within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt.
⚠ LINGERIE is NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE: this includes underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, and hosiery — unless the sealed packaging has not been opened and the hygiene seal remains intact.
Eligibility conditions for exchanges are the same as for returns (condition, tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase). If you have lost your receipt, please provide your Order number or another proof of purchase.
The fastest way to get the item you want: return the original item (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
6. COMPLAINTS AND NON-CONFORMITY
This Returns Policy does not limit or exclude the Customer’s rights arising from the provisions on the Seller’s liability for goods that do not conform to the Sales Agreement.
If the item is defective, damaged, incomplete, or does not conform to the Sales Agreement, the Customer may submit a complaint by email to: sales@roar-cruise.com
When filing a complaint, please include:

The Seller will process the complaint within 14 days of receipt and will notify the Customer of the outcome in a durable medium.
ℹ Hygiene-based return or exchange restrictions do NOT apply to complaints regarding non-conforming Goods.
7. REFUNDS
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method you used at purchase, within 14 days — provided that we may withhold the refund until we have received and verified the returned Goods.
Please note that your bank or credit/debit card provider may also require additional time to process the refund. A decision on approval or rejection will be made within no more than 10 business days.

8. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS
Customers are advised to read this Policy carefully before making a purchase. Returns and exchanges are not possible for lingerie-category products once the hygiene seal has been broken. We always recommend reviewing the Returns Policy and the product description thoroughly before purchasing to avoid misunderstandings.
All capitalised terms used in this Returns Policy have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms and Conditions of the ROAR Online Store, available at www.roar-cruise.com.
