SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

ROAR Cruise ships worldwide via specialized courier services. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the selected delivery method.

Our primary courier partner is FEDEX. Shipping rates are based on FEDEX tariffs and are calculated at checkout.

We also work with InPost (available within Poland only). Delivery is available in two options.

Important Delivery Conditions

  • EU Deliveries: Since our store is registered and located in Poland, no customs fees apply to deliveries within the European Union.

  • Non-EU Deliveries: Customs duties for shipments outside the EU are determined according to the local regulations of the destination country and must be paid by the buyer.

  • Ukraine Deliveries: Orders for Ukraine should be placed via our Ukrainian website: ua.roar-cruise.com.

  • Restrictions: Due to military aggression against Ukraine, we do not deliver to Russia and Belarus.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

If the ordered products are in stock, the shipment will be dispatched within 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the sales agreement. Shipping is carried out according to the terms of the courier company.

Estimated delivery time and cost for selected regions:

Poland:

  • FEDEX Express Delivery: next business day – 5 EUR
  • InPost Delivery:
    • To parcel locker (Paczkomat) – 15 PLN (delivery time: 1–2 business days)
    • Courier to address – 20 PLN (delivery time: 1–2 business days)

Europe (EU Countries*):

  • Express delivery: 1-3 business days – from 18 EUR, increasing with weight

  • Economy delivery: 4-6 business days – from 8 EUR, increasing with weight

Non-EU Countries:

  • Norway and Switzerland: Economy delivery from 18 EUR, Express delivery from 34 EUR

  • United Kingdom: Economy delivery from 11 EUR, Express delivery from 19 EUR

International (Worldwide**):

  • Express delivery: 2-5 business days – from 30 EUR, increasing with weight

  • Economy delivery: 6-10 business days – from 22 EUR, increasing with weight


Unclaimed Orders

If an order is not collected by the recipient, the refund amount may be reduced by the return shipping costs charged by the courier service.
