SHIPPING
We use the courier company FEDEX to send orders. The cost of this service is based on the tariffs of the carrier company, calculated and paid for when ordering the product. Since our store is registered and located on the territory of Poland, there are no customs payments for delivery within the EU. Customs payments for delivery to countries outside the EU are calculated in accordance with the local legislation of the selected country and are paid by the buyer himself.
Ordering and delivery of goods to Ukraine is carried out on the Ukrainian version of the web-site.
Due to the military aggression against Ukraine, we do not deliver goods to Russia and Belarus.
PAYMENT
All goods are sold exclusively with a 100% prepayment. When purchasing selected products on the online store's website or at one of the points of sale, you can choose one of the following payment methods:
Cash
You can pay in cash during a personal visit and pickup from our outlets.
MasterCard or Visa
You can pay for the goods using a card at our points of sale.
Stripe
You can pay for goods in our online store through the **STRIPE** service using Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We have a 14-day return period, which means that you have 14 days from the moment you receive the Goods purchased from the Online Store to make a statement of cancellation of the Sales Agreement for any reason and without having to provide a reason.
To be entitled to return, the Goods must be in the same condition in which you received them, clean, unused, undamaged with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase (for example, a receipt). The receipt is sent to the email you provided when placing the Order.
To use your cancellation right from the Sales Agreement, inform us of your decision to withdraw from the Sales Agreement by an unequivocal statement made online to the Seller's address: sales@roar-cruise.com
Among our Goods, all categories, except woven products and accessories such as headwear and bags, fall into the “lingerie” category (including home outfits and sets, swimwear, and bodysuits) and for hygiene and health reasons, are NOT REFUNDABLE (under Article 38 of the Law on Consumer Rights).
EXCHANGE DOES NOT APPLY to underwear, including panties, bodysuits, swimwear, and hosiery.
